Return Policy for Element Pajamas

Thank you for shopping at Element Pajamas. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Window You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team at customerservice@elementpajamas.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
• We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
• Place the item securely in its original packaging, along with the proof of purchase and the RMA number provided.
• Send your return to the following address: Element Pajamas P.O. Box 19898, Atlanta, GA 30325

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

3. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, follow the return process outlined above. Please specify the size or color you would like to receive in exchange.

5. Non-returnable items Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Sale items
• Gift cards
